Return & Exchange:
We offer Return & Exchange if a product is found damaged or faulty upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the customer is required to provide proof of purchase along with a proper unboxing video. For returns, please email hello@muselabs.skin with the subject ‘Returns’ and include order number, name, and the reason for the return.
Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase, the sooner the better. Orders that are dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Payments:
We offer two modes of payment, Pre-Paid & COD (Post-Paid). All Pre-Paid orders require a confirmation from your bank about the transfer. You can get in touch with us to know how you can place a Pre-Paid order.
